FSU to Offer Community Basic Ceramics Course

Frostburg State University's Department of Visual Arts will offer a non-credit community course in basic ceramics this summer. The class will be held on Tuesdays from June 14 to Aug. 2 from 6 to 9 p.m. in room 107 of FSU's Fine Arts Building.

This eight-week course will provide an introduction to the basic ceramic processes, including hand-building and the pottery wheel.

The cost is $160, plus the cost of clay. Tools are provided.

The course will be taught by local ceramic artists Bobby Croft and Alexis Thorner.
